Does anyone know? Has anyone heard from Andrew Flint, Peter Evans, Helen Evans, or the "law offices" of Jon Gelber?
For a while, Flint was threatening lawsuits against anyone who even expressed a negative opinion about his poorly run company. Maybe he has read the 1st Amendment in the meantime?

Bad News for Chris Diwan
Chris Diwan, formerly of Mann Bracken and Corporate180 CEO Andrew Flint became embroiled in an Internet "flame war" that seems to have died down.
When Mann Bracken collapsed, it seemed there was light at the end of tunnel for Diwan; possibly a position with Corporate180's "alter ego" at the law offices of Jon Gelber.
Diwan's past may have caught up with him.
Someone complained to the Better Business Bureau about Mann Bracken. Diwan replied, stating Mann Bracken had never contacted the person. When the complainant provided Mann Bracken's original correspondence, Diwan had a problem. Now it would seem he has several!

Chris Diwan, Andrew Flint and Jon Gelber?
Now that Mann Bracken has collapsed, Chris Diwan is out of a job.
Those who would say he has few prospects may be mistaken. Even though the nature of the animosity between him and Corporate180 remains unexplained, it may have created some opportunities for him.
It is possible that Corporate180's Andrew Flint may ask Diwan to set up a Corporate180 facility in the Atlanta area. Ironically, Mann Bracken, Axiant, and other affiliated companies could become clients!
Another possibility is that Diwan will join Jon Gelber's Virginia-based collections law firm.

Corporate180: Rude and Unprofessional

Here's PROOF of the rudeness and ineptitude of Andrew Flint, Peter Evans, Helen Evans, and Jon Gelber at Corporate180.
They contacted a company based on their research. The company, as usual with Corporate180 contacts, had no clue as to what Helen Evans was talking about.
The company did Corporate180 a favor. They found the company Corporate180 was actually looking for, and emailed them the URL. Double-click the image to see the email!
Was Corporate180 grateful? Not at all, quite the opposite, actually.
If Corporate180 calls you, do not bother to return the call. They are supposed to be experts at business research. They fail at that and at basic manners as well.

Corporate180 and the "Grand Wazoo"
Corporate180 appears to troll through court records looking for people who are being sued. They then attempt to contact them offering a wide range of dubious solutions and plans.
Corporate 180 might, for example, find that a company called “Wazoo Enterprises” was sued. Their inept team of researchers will find contact details for “Wazoo Products” and pass that along.
A Corporate 180 representative will then contact “Wazoo Products” and want to discuss the issue. “Wazoo Products” of course knows nothing about it.
Contacting “Wazoo Products” is improper if “Wazoo Products” number is on the do not call list.
One of the Corporate 180 callers is Helen Evans. She calls from (703) 286-5536. Her number at Corporate 180 is (703) 222-2180.
These people have nothing of any value whatsoever to offer. Avoid them. Do business with them at your own risk and peril.
